As Clinical Nurse Consultant, you'll help improve how people access and experience care for recurrent urinary tract infections across the region. Working with healthcare teams, community partners and consumers, you'll lead initiatives that strengthen clinical practice, build capability and deliver better health outcomes.

You're a clinically accomplished nurse who enjoys leading change and bringing people together around a shared purpose. Guided by compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage, you build trusted relationships, translate ideas into action and create positive outcomes for patients, families and communities. You'll take pride in improving experiences of care while helping services work better together.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Registered Nurse.
Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in care improvement, service development or project delivery.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to influence change, solve complex problems and work collaboratively across diverse teams.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate study relevant to nursing, project management or healthcare leadership, and experience working across community, aged care or primary care settings.
Most importantly, you're passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and creating meaningful impact through collaboration, innovation and person-centred care.
