We’re looking for a passionate Senior Hairdresser who loves creating beautiful hair through the process of guiding clients on their hair journey. We are a small team with plans to grow and would like someone who would be excited to come on this journey with us.
Our salon specialises in customised colour, with a strong focus on:
- Grey blending
- Blondes (from soft, natural to full transformations)
- Low-maintenance, tailored colour plans
We pride ourselves on helping clients feel confident and cared for through honest advice, personalised consultations, and long-term hair goals
About the Role
- Deliver high-quality cutting, colouring, and styling services
- Provide in-depth consultations and guide clients toward realistic and achievable results
- Create personalised colour plans and set goals for future appointment to achieve client aims.
- Educate clients on maintenance, products, and long-term hair health
- Build strong and lasting client relationships
- Work collaboratively in a supportive team environment
