Role Description
This is a full-time or part time, located in Kelmscott, WA, for a Building Certifier. The successful candidate will conduct detailed building surveys, prepare condition reports, perform NCC Audits for all classes of buildings. They will ensure compliance with building regulations and provide expert advice throughout various phases of construction projects.
Qualifications
- Must be registered level 1 in Western Australia-
- Full understanding of the National Construction Code & relevant Australian Standards.
- Proficiency in Building Surveying and conducting Condition Surveys
- Strong understanding of local building regulations and codes in Western Australia
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a professional setting
- Hold a degree in Building Surveying
- Reliable transport and willing to travel
Pay: $65,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
