Schedule: In-office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Remaining hours flexible/work-from-home as needed

About the Role
Momentrix AI, a new exciting multi million dollar Gold Coast business, is looking for a sharp, highly organised Personal Assistant to support the founder directly.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real responsibility early - you'll be across calendars, communications, research, and day-to-day operations, with plenty of room to grow as the business grows.
We're after someone switched-on and genuinely comfortable with technology - someone who uses AI tools naturally in their day-to-day work, not someone who needs to be taught how.
What We're Looking For
- Based on the Gold Coast, able to work in-office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
- Smart, well organised, and able to manage competing priorities without being chased
- Confident and proficient with computers
- Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day, and keen to get better with them
- Trustworthy and discreet - you'll be handling sensitive information
- Reliable and proactive - happy to figure things out rather than wait to be told
