About the role
We are seeking a motivated, commercially minded and results-driven Sales Associate to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective clients across the commercial cleaning and property services sectors.
In this client-facing role, you will manage the front end of the sales pipeline by researching and identifying target prospects, generating and qualifying leads, arranging introductory meetings and nurturing opportunities through the early stages of the sales process.
Working closely with our sales, estimating and operational teams, you will help align business development activity with ACS Property Services’ growth strategy and revenue targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating new opportunities and contributing directly to the continued growth of a national business.

Location: Onsite at level 4, 18 Thomson Street, South Melbourne
What you'll be doing

Manage and grow the sales pipeline using CRM (PipeDrive)

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors

Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Plan and execute industry events, tradeshows, and networking activities

Lead and support end-to-end bid and tender processes

Track performance, maintain accurate records, and report on pipeline activity
