Role Description
Provide psychological intervention for children and young people presenting with a range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns.
See clients under medicare, NDIS and privately.
Opportunity to conduct assessment and report writing if interested (with equiptment, training and templates provided).
This is a contract position in a hybrid arrangement, based in Hervey Bay, QLD, with a combination of on-site sessions at The Little Sanctuary and some work-from-home for administration, telehealth, and report writing.
60/40 split for in person sessions with 70/30 split for report writing.
Flexible hours and days, though some after school appointment availability is preferred.
Referrals and admin provided so you can focus on client work.
Supervision with lead psychologist available.
Qualifications
Registration with AHPRA (general/clinical/ed&dev)
Eligibility to provide services under Medicare
NDIS worker screening
Own ABN and indemnity insurance
Experience and/or interest in working with children and young people (3+ years)
Own laptop
Familiarity with or ability to learn Halaxy client management system
