Fire Systems Administrator
BRISBANE | FIRE PROTECTION | FULL-TIME
We’re looking for an experienced Fire Systems Administrator to support our busy Asset team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a fire protection or trade-based environment and is confident using Uptick to manage jobs, compliance and reporting.
You’ll play a key part in keeping work flowing smoothly — supporting technicians, managing job data, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing jobs and workflows using Uptick
- Raising and closing jobs, tracking progress and updating job status
- Coordinating compliance documents, reports and service records
- Supporting Fire Technicians and Supervisors with admin requests
- Liaising with internal teams and external customers as needed
General administration support for the Fire business

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience using Uptick (desirable)
- Previous admin experience within fire, construction, trades or services
- Strong attention to detail and confidence handling compliance documentation
- Good communication skills and a practical, team-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
