Shape the future of customer experience at scale.
We’re looking for a visionary Domain Architect – Customer & Omni to lead the design of seamless, end‑to‑end customer journeys across every touchpoint. In this pivotal role, you’ll define and govern the architecture that powers personalised, connected experiences—spanning eCommerce and mobile, in-store interactions, and cutting-edge engagement platforms like CRM, loyalty, and marketing automation.
Working at the intersection of business strategy and technology, you’ll partner with senior leaders, product teams and delivery squads to bring a truly customer-first vision to life—ensuring every experience is scalable, secure, and effortlessly integrated across an evolving omni-channel ecosystem.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Owning and evolving the omni-retail Domain Architecture, spanning online, in‑store and marketing interactions.
- Defining target state architectures, principles and standards for customer platforms and capabilities.

Actively identifying and championing innovative customer experience opportunities across online, in‑store and service channels by leveraging emerging platform capabilities, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Providing specialist architectural advice in Online, Instore and Customer platforms.

Actively maintaining deep expertise across the Salesforce technical estate (e.g. Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data360 / CDP & Agent 360).
This role offers the flexibility to be based in either Brisbane (Strathpine, preferred location) or Sydney (Rhodes), with a hybrid work model.
About you
We’re seeking a strategic and forward-thinking architect who thrives on solving complex challenges and turning them into seamless, end‑to‑end experiences. With deep expertise in customer and omni-channel architectures, you bring a strong understanding of how digital, in-store, and engagement platforms connect to deliver meaningful, personalised interactions at scale.
You’re equally comfortable influencing senior stakeholders as you are collaborating with product and delivery teams, bringing clarity, structure, and vision to every initiative. Furthermore, you’re driven to shape innovative, future-ready solutions that make a real impact.
In addition, you have:

Enterprise Customer Architecture experience including understanding of data architecture standards and methodologies as well as modern customer-centric and omni-channel architectures

Experience in designing integration-heavy customer ecosystems with a strong understanding of customer data, privacy and consent concepts

Broad knowledge and experience of designing scalable, modular architectures across multiple platforms, particularly SAP ERP, Salesforce Data Cloud, and related platforms

Familiarity with the retail IT environment and the associated business-technology issues, ideally in a large corporate environment.

Highly developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with strong customer focus and ability to understand issues, manage expectations, gain agreement, and resolve conflicts

Knowledge and experience with enterprise data governance and master data with a focus on system data mastering

Experience with enterprise architecture approaches and frameworks; TOGAF certification is desirable.
