Key Responsibilities
- Analyse EV/hybrid system data (battery, powertrain, fault diagnostics) and improve OEM-aligned service workflows
- Provide technical support for high-voltage systems and complex mechanical/electrical issues
- Optimise parts inventory, supply chain and logistics processes with data-driven models
- Develop forecasting, process improvement and JIT inventory solutions to reduce costs and lead times
- Evaluate suppliers, resolve supply chain disruptions and maintain safety & SOP compliance
- Prepare technical reports and collaborate with OEMs on updates, recalls and improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive/Engineering Technology/Logistics/Industrial Engineering
- 2+ years relevant experience in EV/automotive engineering or parts logistics
- Proficient in EV systems, diagnostic tools, data analysis and problem-solving
- Good communication, teamwork and safety compliance awareness
Preferred
- Experience with BYD or other EV brands
- High-voltage safety certification & workshop process improvement experience
Pay: $95,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
