What Your Day Looks Like as Our Dental Assistant
Chairside Support
- You will provide attentive, chairside assistance across a variety of general, surgical and cosmetic procedures
- You will help patients feel calm, cared for and well informed throughout their visit
Practice Coordination
- You will maintain infection control, sterilisation and clinical standards to a high level
- You will help keep the day running on time, working closely with reception and the clinical team
You will take pride in creating a calm, organised and genuinely well-run clinical environment
About You
We Need you to...
- Have solid chairside skills and a good understanding of infection control and sterilisation
- Be comfortable and confident using dental software and equipment (training provided)
- Be a genuinely warm personality, who enjoys connecting with patients and putting them at ease
- Be reliable, organised and able to juggle a few things at once with a smile
- Have a positive, can-do attitude that the whole team feeds off
We would love you to be...
- A qualified or experienced Dental Assistant, ideally with Cert III or equivalent
- A natural team player, warm and easy to work alongside
- Calm under pressure, with an eye for detail
- Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems
- Open to feedback, and always looking for ways to learn and grow
- Genuinely enjoys being part of a fun, close-knit workplace
