Job Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales, Affiliate & Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.
This is a fully remote position for someone based in Australia who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities and working independently, this role will be on going till the end of 2026 with the oppuntiy to work in 2027 however the role can be ceased at any time.
A business phone number, email account and all required systems will be provided. Calls can be made and received from any mobile phone or computer.
This role has three key responsibilities:
1. Sales – Respond to enquiries, follow up quotes and help convert leads into customers.
2. Affiliate Outreach – Recruit Australian influencers, creators and businesses to join our affiliate program.
3. Business Development – Contact businesses to introduce our products and generate new wholesale opportunities.
This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth and additional responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Sales
- Respond to new customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Follow up outstanding quotations.
- Contact existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Update customer information within our CRM.
Affiliate Outreach
- Research Australian influencers and content creators.
- Find business contact details and email addresses.
- Send personalised emails inviting them to join our affiliate program.
- Follow up with potential affiliates.
- Record all communications and progress.
Business Development
Research and contact businesses including:
- Cafés
- Restaurants
- Dessert Bars
- Ice Cream Shops
- Party Businesses
- Event Companies
- Cinemas
- Schools
- Sporting Clubs
- Caterers
- Wholesalers
- Food Distributors
Responsibilities include:
- Introducing our products via phone and email.
- Generating wholesale enquiries.
- Following up potential customers.
- Recording conversations and outcomes.
- Scheduling future follow-ups.
Daily Expectations
Working up to 6 hours per day, you will:
- Research new businesses and affiliate partners.
- Make outbound sales and business development calls.
- Send personalised outreach emails.
- Follow up previous conversations.
- Update our CRM
- Meet agreed daily outreach and sales targets.
Requirements
- Based in Australia.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Friendly and professional phone manner.
- Use of time tracking tool on computer.
Previous experience in one or more of the following:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Business Development
- Lead Generation
- Affiliate Marketing
- Email Outreach
- Strong internet research skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and online communication tools.

Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
