Your Time to Shine
The APY Lands Support Coordinator is responsible for delivering a wide range of confidential and effective administrative and secretarial services that support the APY Lands Educational Manager and the broader APY TAFE SA team. The role contributes to the delivery of high-quality education programs to students, enterprises, and other external clients across the APY Lands.
What You’ll Bring
- Ability to provide administrative support for contract processes, including maintaining records, filing documentation, assisting with routine communication, and processing invoices.
- Demonstrated experience in resolving complex customer queries including recommending solutions and escalating according to risk.
- Experience in organising travel and accommodation arrangements, coordinating preparations for meetings, functions and workshops, including formulating agendas, minute taking and attending to follow-up action.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
