As a Private Banker, you'll join a team focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for High Net Worth, Ultra High Net Worth and Family Office clients. You'll build meaningful, long-term relationships, partner with specialists across the Group and play a key role in helping clients achieve their personal, family and business goals.

What will I do?
- Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth, Ultra High Net Worth and Family Office clients across Victoria, providing tailored banking, lending and wealth solutions.
- Support clients across complex lending, transactional banking and wealth opportunities, working closely with specialist partners to deliver an integrated client experience.
- Build deep and enduring client relationships based on trust, responsiveness and a strong understanding of client needs.
- Grow your portfolio by deepening existing client relationships, developing professional referral networks and identifying new opportunities within the market.
- Collaborate with specialists across Private Bank and the broader Westpac Group to deliver an integrated and seamless client experience.
- Maintain strong risk and compliance disciplines while exercising sound credit judgement.
What do I need?
- Proven success managing and growing relationships with High Net Worth clients, large business owners and/or professional adviser networks.
- Strong lending capability across consumer lending, with broader business or commercial lending experience highly regarded.
- Sound knowledge of credit policy, risk management and credit decision-making.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience and industry qualifications.
- RG146 Tier 1 and Tier 2 accreditation (or a willingness to obtain), with the wealth knowledge and confidence to support sophisticated client conversations and partner effectively with specialist wealth teams.
- A proactive, commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver high-quality client outcomes.
