We are a well-established Brisbane pest control company with over 30 years of trusted service. We are seeking a high-performing customer service rep/telemarketer who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and delivering excellent customer service.
This role suits someone who is reliable, organised, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment where performance and accountability matter.
The Role:
- Managing high-volume inbound calls with professionalism
- Booking and coordinating technician schedules efficiently
- Preparing accurate invoices, quotes and service documentation
- Processing payments and maintaining precise records
- Telemarketing
- Supporting daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven customer service experience
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office (QUICKBOOKS advantageous)
- Reliable, punctual and accountable
- Experience with Telemarketing
