About the Role
We are seeking Casual Customer Service Team Members to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, building rapport with customers, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Typical Hours
- Weekdays: Between 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Weekends: Between 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Rostered shifts
- Generally 4–6 hour shifts
- Casual position with flexibility
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Serving customers and ensuring a premium guest experience
- Assisting with general venue operations and cleanliness
- Working collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards
- Building relationships with regular customers and delivering a memorable experience every visit
About You
You are someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- A reliable vehicle and driver's licence
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- The ability to work well within a team and in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Previous experience working in a shisha lounge or similar venue
- An RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
Applicants who do not currently hold an RSA are encouraged to apply, provided they are willing to obtain one.
