Pizza 365 is a busy and growing restaurant offering a unique blend of gourmet pizzas, Indian fusion flavours, pasta dishes, burgers, ribs, schnitzels, wings, and contemporary Australian casual dining. We are committed to quality food, excellent customer service, and maintaining high kitchen standards.
We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Chefs/Cooks to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities-
* Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals in accordance with restaurant standards
* Plan and organise kitchen operations during food preparation and service periods
* Prepare a variety of dishes including gourmet pizzas, pasta, burgers, ribs, schnitzels, and fusion-style menu items
* Develop and contribute to seasonal menus and specials
* Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
* Supervise kitchen workflow and assist in coordinating junior kitchen staff
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS regulations
* Monitor stock levels, minimise wastage, and assist with ordering supplies
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and food preparation areas
Skills & Experience-
* Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or related field preferred
* Minimum 2 years relevant commercial kitchen experience as a Cook/Chef
* Experience in busy restaurant or café environments
* Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Fluency in English required. Hindi and Punjabi language skills will be highly preferred.
* Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
