Are you a driven Digital Marketing professional who wants to be a key member of our team in Sydney?

We’re looking for an industry professional to help us continue our success, and that of our clients.

THE ROLE

Develop and implement innovative online marketing strategies.

The Client Director works across multiple Paid Media channels and accounts, leading a team of digital marketers and a suite of clients.

The position empowers team members to lead and develop relationships with clients, and services major clients directly.

Key responsibilities

Liaise with key clients and internal stakeholders at a senior level, developing strong professional relationships.
Develop and manage client projects in line with business and channel objectives.
Coordinate and support team members to develop and implement channel-level solutions and strategies.
Constantly seek efficiencies and improvements
Develop cluster skills, culture and confidence in line with business direction and client requirements.
Work with the business Partners to grow client spend, maintain retention and onboard new clients.
Champion the adoption of dynamic, data-driven strategies and projects for the business and clients
Lead brainstorms and workshops to help land on campaign concepts and strategies.
Assist in company hiring and client pitching.
Be an ambassador for the Sparro values and culture.

Your skills

5+ years experience in digital marketing, with hands on experience in paid media channels
Highly-effective and confident client, stakeholder and staff management skills; including the ability to plan and host client and staff workshops, training sessions, pitches and meetings.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into simple deliverables.
An advanced ability to independently plan, strategise, and mobilise to achieve a project.
A confident and considered approach to problem solving and project management.
Full awareness of digital channels and tactics.
An ability to explore and workshop business objectives, using data and digital skills to develop project plans.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT

The performance of the Client Director will be determined based on their ability to:

Engage clients in Sparro’s digital marketing offering, value and strategies.
Manage, plan, and delegate tasks to achieve clients’ marketing objectives.
Develop client relationships, positioning Sparro as a key business partner.
Develop team members’ skills, experience and confidence.
Assist in development of the wider professional offering of Sparro – conceptually and through technology.
Contribute to the values and culture of Sparro.

Profession + Leadership Training /01

Continuous learning is a huge part of our workplace culture. With our dedicated learning and development team and onsite performance coach, we offer in-house training sessions to upskill your qualifications.

Mentoring + Support /02

The Client Director will work in and lead a cluster, with regular mentoring sessions from their Team Lead and other senior leaders. Who will provide support for the ongoing development of the employee to ensure their fulfillment and success within the company.

Through our in-house training and support, we also look beyond our company to aid our staff’s professional development, with access and encouragement to attend industry events, workshops and paid external courses.
