Summary:
We are seeking a Trainee Educator to join our team. The Trainee Educator will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of educational programs and activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and activities
- Work with educators to create lesson plans and educational materials
- Provide support to students in the classroom and during extracurricular activities
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge
- Participate in meetings with educators and parents to discuss student progress and needs
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
About you:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 18 years and over
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators and other staff members
- Passion for education and a desire to learn and grow in the field
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred
