About the role
Provide advanced clinical nursing expertise within the Neurosurgery service, delivering high-quality care to neurosurgical inpatients and supporting the coordination and management of neurosurgical patients across the organisation. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centred care across inpatient settings.
About you

Demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge, skills, and judgement in the care of neurosurgical patients
Provide clinical leadership, support, and advice to multidisciplinary teams across inpatient services
Coordinate care and manage patient flow, including neurosurgical outliers across the organisation
Contribute to education, mentoring, and professional development of nursing staff
Support service improvement, policy development, and evidence-based practice initiatives
