We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers.
About the Role

This position involves providing support to participants with complex support needs, including mental health and trauma-related challenges. We are looking for individuals who are professional, reliable, and passionate about empowering others to live meaningful and independent lives.
Key Duties
- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Assist with household tasks and domestic duties
- Support participants with community access and transportation
- Assist with appointments, education, and skill development activities
- Medication prompting and support in accordance with care plans
- Implement positive behaviour support strategies
- Promote participant choice, independence, and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate records and incident reporting as required
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Experience supporting participants with complex mental health needs
- Understanding of trauma-informed care practices
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance and registration
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- NDIS Infection Prevention and Control Module Certificate
- Certificate IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, or equivalent

Employment Details
Position Type: Casual
