Job Description
Typical responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with product selection and purchases.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer concerns.
- Maintaining product displays and ensuring shelves are well stocked.
- Operating the cash register and processing payments.
- Monitoring inventory and reporting low stock.
- Training and mentoring new floor associates.
- Opening or closing the store when required.
- Supporting the store manager in achieving sales targets.
- Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Pay: $4,600.00 – $5,300.00 per month
