We're looking for an experienced State Sales Manager to lead our sales function, inspire a high-performing team and drive sustainable growth across the state.
This is a senior leadership role where you'll work alongside the State General Manager, Sales leadership and operational teams to shape strategy, strengthen customer partnerships and deliver commercial results. You'll lead a team of Sales professionals, coach capability, optimise performance and help identify new opportunities that grow our market presence.
What you'll be doing

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team to deliver profitable growth across the state.

Develop and execute sales strategies that grow market share, strengthen customer relationships and win new business.
- Drive sales performance through effective pipeline management, forecasting and CRM discipline.
- Build strong partnerships with customers and collaborate with Operations, Specialists and Major Projects to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to improve sales performance, customer experience and commercial outcomes.
About You
You'll be an experienced sales leader who enjoys developing people just as much as delivering results. You're commercially minded, customer focused and know how to build strong relationships across a large organisation.
You'll bring:

Proven experience leading successful B2B sales teams.
- Strong commercial, business development and major account management capability.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage pipelines and performance.
- Excellent coaching, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to influence at all levels.
