Grade: Clerk Grade 9/10
Salary: $133,348 pa - $146,945 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Information & Records Manager to lead and improve how information and records are managed across the organisation.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll modernise systems, embed best practice recordkeeping, and lift capability across the business. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance while making information easy to access, use and trust.
What you’ll be doing
Lead improvements to the organisation’s digital records and information management systems
Drive compliance with recordkeeping legislation and governance requirements
Design and implement policies, frameworks and processes for managing information across its lifecycle
Partner with business teams to improve how records are created, stored and used
Deliver training and initiatives to increase adoption and uplift capability
Provide expert advice on information governance, data risks and best practice
Support system enhancements and technology-driven improvements
About you
You’re a practical, solutions-focused professional who can balance compliance requirements with business needs.
You bring:
Strong experience in information management, records management, or digital governance
A track record of implementing or improving systems, processes or frameworks
Knowledge of digital recordkeeping practices and information lifecycle management
Experience working with stakeholders to drive behavioural and process change
The ability to turn complex requirements into clear, practical solutions
Qualifications in archives, records or information management (or equivalent experience) are valued.
