NDIS Operations & Compliance Manager

Part-time: Monday to Friday, 10:00am–3:00pm
Approx. 25 hours per week
Power to Move is looking for an organised, confident and detail-focused Operations & Compliance Manager to support the daily running of our NDIS services, staff systems, client files, rostering and compliance requirements.
Power to Move is an inclusive community gym and registered NDIS provider. We support participants through Day Options, Life Skills Academy, community access, respite, movement-based supports and emerging SIL/MTA pathways.
This role would suit someone with experience in NDIS, disability, community services, aged care, allied health administration, childcare compliance, rostering, quality systems or another compliance-focused organisation.
We are looking for someone who can help keep the business organised, compliant and moving forward.
About the Role
The Operations & Compliance Manager will support the day-to-day running of Power to Move’s NDIS services, including client documentation, staff rostering, service agreements, case notes, compliance tasks and communication with families, staff and support coordinators.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systems, structure, follow-up and making sure things are done properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update NDIS participant files
- Follow up missing client information and service agreements
- Monitor case notes, daily reports and staff documentation
- Support incident reporting and compliance processes
- Assist with staff onboarding and document collection
- Track staff training, qualifications and clearances
- Support rostering and shift confirmations
- Liaise with staff, families, nominees and support coordinators
- Assist with Day Options, Life Skills, respite and SIL/MTA administration
- Help prepare documentation for audits and plan reviews
- Support the use of Connecteam and internal systems
- Help ensure Power to Move remains organised, compliant and participant-focused

Experience Highly Regarded
- NDIS provider administration
- disability support coordination
- SIL, Day Options or community access administration
- rostering experience
- compliance or quality systems
- case note/documentation review
- allied health or community services admin
- aged care or childcare compliance
- Connecteam or similar workforce management software
Essential Requirements
- Strong administration and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Confidence with computers and online systems
- Professional handling of confidential information
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
- Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain

10:00am–3:00pm
Approx. 25 hours per week
