Ecolux Interiors is a fast-growing decorative wall panel and interiors business based in Osborne Park. We supply premium wall panels, TV media walls, and interior fit-out products to homeowners, builders, trades, and interior designers across Western Australia. We're a tight team, we move fast, and we're building something worth being part of.
The Role
This is not a standard showroom role. This is not a standard warehouse role. It's both — and we need someone who genuinely thrives in both environments.
Morning: you're consulting with a homeowner about their feature wall. Afternoon: you're in the warehouse picking and packing orders and moving stock with the forklift. This role suits someone who's energetic, adaptable, and takes pride in doing the unglamorous stuff just as well as the customer-facing work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming and assisting showroom customers — homeowners, interior designers, and trade clients
- Qualifying needs and recommending the right products with confidence
- Following up leads and converting enquiries into sales
- Processing orders accurately and maintaining records
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Operating a forklift to safely move and store stock
- Supporting stock management and warehouse organisation
- Keeping the showroom floor looking sharp
What We Need From You
- Demonstrated sales or customer-facing experience — you know how to read people and close
- Current forklift licence (LF) — this is a firm requirement
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 30 kg unassisted
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a hybrid role
- Strong communicator — in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Experience in interiors, building materials, flooring, or trade sales is a real advantage — but we'll back the right attitude over a perfect resume
