About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker who is confident and experienced in providing:
- Assistance with Self-Care Activities (Personal Care)
- Community Access & Social Participation
- Daily Living Supports
- Person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing

- Reliable with minimal scheduling conflicts

- Able to respond to roster requests promptly

Essential Requirements
- Experience in Disability Support
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) preferred
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card/WWCC)
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable Motor Vehicle
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
