NDIS Support Worker – Community Access
Location: Murrumbeena and Albert Park Shifts:
- Friday: 3:00pm–5:00pm
- Saturday: 1:00pm–3:00pm
About the Role
Assist Support Services is seeking a reliable, compassionate and enthusiastic NDIS Support Worker to provide community access support to an NDIS participant.
The role will involve supporting the participant to access the community, participate in activities and appointments and build confidence and independence.
A reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence are essential, as the role requires community access and transport.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Compassionate and patient
- Comfortable supporting an NDIS participant in the community
- Able to work independently
- A confident and safe driver
- Available for both or either Friday 3:00pm–5:00pm and Saturday 1:00pm–3:00pm
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Police Check
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance
- Right to work in Australia
