What you'll do
- Engage and qualify incoming hiring opportunities
- Build relationships with hiring managers
- Source and manage candidate pipelines
- Coordinate technical screening with our engineering team
- Manage submissions, interviews and placements
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Maintain accurate activity within the platform
What you'll bring
- 2+ years agency recruitment experience (technical, engineering or IT preferred)
- A 360 mindset covering both business development and delivery
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-discipline and the ability to work independently
- A genuine consultative approach with clients and candidates
The deal
Engagement: Independent contractor (ABN required)
Compensation:
- $2,000/month recoverable draw
- Approx. 22% of placement fees
- New-client bonuses
- Uncapped commission
Location: Anywhere with reliable internet
Expected earnings: $60,000–$100,000+ in year one, with significant upside for high-performing desks
