About the role…
As a Territory Manager – Cardiac Rhythm Management Technology, you will provide specialised technical, clinical and field support for implantable cardiac rhythm management technologies including pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices and remote monitoring systems across hospital environments.
The role is responsible for supporting the implementation, optimisation and technical performance of CRM technologies while working collaboratively with physicians, cardiac physiologists, nursing staff and hospital personnel to improve patient outcomes.
You will provide high level of clinical technical support during implants and follow-up clinics, deliver technical education, provide expert device troubleshooting, and support the adoption of new CRM technologies within your territory, as well as support clinical study activities.
What we're looking for
- You are passionate for the field of cardiology, specifically Cardiac Rhythm Management
- Minimum 2 years' proven track record in a sales or account management role in Cardiac Rhythm Management device sales
- Hold a primary medical or related medical science degree (nursing, health sciences, biomedical engineering). Please note that only candidates without CRM sales experience and a medical or science qualification will be considered
- You are able to work autonomously
- You are excellent at building relationships with physicians, allied health professional and key hospital personnel
- You are analytical and able to apply testing methods to support positive outcomes
- You are a professional, you are friendly and calm
- You are adaptable, supportive and focused on delivering exceptional technical service
- You hold a valid driver's license.
