About the opportunity
This newly created role offers the opportunity to lead and shape a combined team of approximately 120 people across our Milperra and Huntingwood branches. It is a hands-on leadership role where you can have a visible impact across daily operations, team performance, customer service and safety.
Working across both branches, you will have the opportunity to build alignment, support capable teams and strengthen branch performance, while keeping a clear focus on customer outcomes, safe operations and sustainable growth.

What you'll be doing
- Lead daily Service and Parts operations across the Milperra and Huntingwood branches.
- Improve branch performance against financial and operational targets.
- Create and maintain a strong safety culture.
- Coach and develop leaders and team members across a large, multi-site workforce.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Manage budgets, profitability and branch performance.
- Find practical ways to improve how the branches operate.
- Ensure compliance with company, legal and OEM requirements.
What we're looking for
- Leadership experience within service, parts, automotive, heavy vehicle or related operational environments.
- Strong understanding of branch operations, customer service and commercial performance drivers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
- Experience managing budgets, profitability and operational performance.
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse operational data and make sound business decisions.
- Commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Heavy vehicle or commercial vehicle experience highly regarded.
