As one of our valued team members prepares for maternity leave, we're looking for an organised, friendly and proactive Receptionist to join our team at our Malaga head office.
You'll become an integral part of our administration team, supporting multiple departments across the business and helping to ensure every customer enjoys the outstanding service OzShut is known for. Every day brings something different, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy office environment and takes pride in keeping things organised.
For the right candidate, there may also be an opportunity for ongoing employment once the maternity leave contract concludes.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Your role will include:
- Welcoming customers, suppliers and visitors to our Malaga office.
- Answering and professionally directing incoming telephone calls.
- Accurately updating and maintaining customer records within our CRM and Microsoft Excel.
- Providing administrative support to multiple departments across the business.
- Preparing and organising customer contracts and documentation.
- Ordering office stationery and general office supplies.
- Maintaining a tidy, professional reception and office environment.
- Assisting with general administration duties that help keep the office running efficiently.

Previous reception or administration experience will be highly regarded; however, attitude, personality and a willingness to learn are equally important.
