As Assistant Centre Manager, you will work alongside the Centre Manager to create a thriving and engaging learning environment while supporting the daily operations of the service.
You will:
- Support the overall management and operation of the centre
- Lead, coach and mentor educators to deliver high-quality outcomes for children
- Foster strong partnerships with families and the local community
- Drive occupancy growth through relationship building and community engagement
- Support compliance with National Quality Standards, policies and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to achieving operational and financial goals
- Promote a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture
You are a confident and supportive leader who is passionate about empowering others and delivering exceptional early childhood education.
You'll bring:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Proven leadership experience within an early childhood education setting
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
- Experience supporting occupancy growth, team development and operational success
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to creating safe, inclusive and engaging environments for children
