Registered Migration Agent – Sharp, Smart, Strategic

We’re now looking for a Registered Migration Agent with sharp legal skills, a digital edge, and commercial thinking to join our team. You’ll work closely with our Senior Agent across diverse visa streams, while also contributing to business growth, client strategy, and digital innovation.

- You know how to handle clients, consultations, and legal processes — and you do it with empathy and clarity.
- Bonus points if you enjoy recruitment, content creation, or using tech to simplify workflows.
Key Visa Streams You’ll Handle:
- Employer-Sponsored Visas – SC 482, 494, 186, 407, 400
- General Skilled Migration – SC 189, 190, 491
- Partner Visas – Onshore & Offshore
- ART Review Matters – Refusals & Cancellations
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing visa cases end-to-end — prep, lodge, monitor, and finalise
- Advising clients, businesses, recruiters, and students on custom visa strategies
- Liaising with DHA, ART, state bodies, RTOs, and skills assessment authorities
- Supporting skilled talent placement and helping businesses retain key workers
- Drafting legal documents, ART submissions, and client updates
- Engaging in marketing, outreach, and digital content with the team
- Spotting new business opportunities and helping us grow
Your Toolkit:
- Registered with MARA, with 2+ years of experience preferred — but we’re open to training a sharp, newly registered migration agent
- Strong grasp of employer-sponsored, general skilled migration, and partner visa subclasses
- Confident communicator – verbal, written, and on-camera
- CRM savvy – ideally with Asana and Google Suite
- Bonus: Multilingual or familiar with student/education visas
