We are seeking an Electrical Assembler to join our production team. This is a hands-on factory-based role focused on assembling UPS and battery charger systems. This position is suited to someone who enjoys practical electrical and mechanical assembly work.
This is not an apprenticeship, engineering office, or design role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble UPS and battery charger systems in accordance with electrical drawings, technical specifications, and production instructions.
- Perform electrical wiring, component installation, and mechanical assembly of systems and subassemblies.
- Install, position, align, and secure electrical components, wiring looms, support structures, and hardware.
- Use hand tools and power tools for drilling, tapping, fabrication, and assembly tasks.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
- Carry out quality checks, complete inspection checklists, and report defects or non-conformances.
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and production requirements.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines with minimal supervision.
- Participate in daily production meetings and provide work progress updates.
- Support and guide junior assemblers by sharing knowledge and good assembly practices.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous hands-on experience as an Electrical Assembler, Electrical Technician, or similar manufacturing role.
- Experience with electrical wiring, cable termination, and component assembly.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and follow technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
