We are looking for an experienced and motivated Barista All-Rounder to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service while assisting with café operations, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items Provide friendly and professional customer service Take customer orders and handle POS/cash transactions Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen duties Maintain cleanliness of café, dining area, and equipment Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels Follow food safety and hygiene procedures Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Open and close the café when required Skills & Requirements Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred Ability to make quality coffee consistently Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Reliable, punctual, and well-presented Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays Positive attitude and teamwork skills
Pay: $24.95 – $30.00 per hour
