About the role
In this newly created role as an Admission and Engagement Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for families exploring our Early Learning services, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, informative and supportive. You’ll manage enquiries and referrals, coordinate centre tours, and guide families through the admissions process to create a smooth and positive experience.
Working closely with Centre Managers and the wider Early Learning team, you’ll help maintain strong occupancy levels by tracking enquiry data, following up leads, and supporting engagement initiatives. This is a permanent, part-time opportunity based in our West Perth office working 50 hours per fortnight across Monday to Friday.
About you
You’re a highly organised and approachable professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring a strong customer service mindset, take initiative, and are confident juggling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
In addition, you will also possess:
- Experience in an administrative and customer service role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence using systems and maintaining accurate records and data
- Experience in the childcare or early learning sector (desirable)
- Certificate III in Business Administration or similar (desirable)
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
