We are looking for a dynamic and qualified casual Trainer and Assessor for self-paced Delivery to join our team.
Course for which we are seeking to fill-in the Trainer/Assessor Role is:
CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
We are seeking applicants who:
· Have at least 2-3 years industry experience relevant to training and be able to provide currency;
· Hold either Cert IV TAE 40122 OR equivalent
· Excellent communication skills;
· Be an absolute people person;
· Bright and Bubbly Personality
· Person that can take charge of a group of students and assess them in practicals and assessment markingand provide an amazing learning experience
· Is a passionate, and a dedicated professional, able to draw from their extensive industry experience to provide dynamic learning experiences
Is confident, self-motivated and energetic with excellent time management skills
Will motivate, coach and mentor students to drive participation, progress and great outcomes
Excellent communicator with professional presentation and facilitation skills
Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suit
The successful candidate MUST possess the following:
- Vocational competence and currency in the above mentioned Course
- Minimum of 3 years current industry experience
- Prior experience in training and assessment with current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning;
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Ability to follow thorough and rigorous assessment practices including sound application of the principles of assessment and rules of evidence
