We’re Phil, an Australian hair brand creating lightweight hair solutions specifically for women with fine and thin hair.
We’re looking for a confident, outgoing female promo model / brand ambassador to take part in a fun PR event around Sydney.
The concept
To promote just how lightweight our clip-in hair extensions are, you'll be wearing a Phil branded T-shirt with helium balloons attached to your hair/clip in extensions while walking through busy Sydney locations.

The activation will take place across high-foot-traffic areas such as Bondi Beach and major Sydney shopping precincts over approximately four hours.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
- Extremely confident and comfortable attracting attention in public
- Outgoing, bubbly and happy to interact with people
- Comfortable being photographed and filmed during the activation
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable walking for extended periods
- Based in Sydney and able to travel between activation locations
Promo, modelling, event or brand ambassador experience is a bonus, but not essential. Personality and confidence are much more important to us.
What you'll be doing
You'll wear a Phil branded outfit and participate in the activation for approximately 4 hours, including walking through selected high-traffic Sydney locations and appearing in photo/video content captured throughout the day.
This is a fun, slightly cheeky PR stunt designed to visually demonstrate just how lightweight Phil's clip-in extensions are - so we're looking for someone who will really embrace the concept and have fun with it.

Rate: $100/per hour
