About Suzy's
Suzy's is one of Perth's most anticipated new venues — a modern Italian-inspired restaurant at the water's edge in Hillarys Boat Harbour. Everything about Suzy's is considered. The food is beautiful, the drinks are crafted, and the details are chosen with intention. We hold ourselves to a high standard across everything we do, and that starts in the kitchen. We have not even opened yet and the anticipation has already exceeded our expectations — we cannot wait to get started.
The Role
We are looking for reliable, hardworking kitchen hands to join our weekend team. You will be supporting the kitchen through service — washing up, keeping the kitchen clean and organised, assisting with basic food prep, and making sure the back of house runs as smoothly as the front of house. It is not a glamorous role, but it is an essential one. A well-run kitchen depends on a great kitchen hand, and at Suzy's, we value every member of the team. You will be working alongside experienced chefs in a fast-paced environment where the standard is high and the pace is real.
What We are Looking For
No prior experience is necessary — we are happy to train the right person. What matters most is that you are reliable, hardworking, and able to keep up in a busy kitchen without being asked twice. You take direction well, you work clean, and you take pride in doing your job properly even when noone's watching. This is a great entry point into hospitality for someone who wants to learn the industry from the ground up, and there is plenty of room to grow for the right person.
