Synergie is seeking Brand Ambassadors to join our client supporting a high-energy sports activation at the Westpac QRL Men's Fan Day in Rockhampton. This casual event-based role is part of a major Queensland Rugby League fan engagement event held at Browne Park.

This role involves delivering a fast-paced, interactive fan experience called the "Catch & Keep" activation, where members of the public participate in a game-based challenge to catch and win prizes. You will be responsible for engaging with participants, explaining rules, managing queues, operating activation pods, and supporting prize distribution in a live event environment .

As a Brand Ambassador, you will support the delivery of a live fan activation experience by:
- Greeting and engaging with event attendees in a friendly manner
- Explaining activation rules and guiding participants through gameplay
- Managing queues and participant flow into activation pods
- Operating or supporting interactive "Catch & Keep" game stations
- Resetting and restocking game equipment between rounds
- Communicating participant results to prize staff
- Supporting prize distribution (keyrings, footballs, plush toys)
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and organised activation space
- Deliver excellent customer service and public engagement
- Support smooth operation of dual activation pods
- Enforce game rules (e.g. safe catching requirements)
- Assist with manual reloading of activation equipment
- Maintain queue control and crowd flow
- Escalate any issues to Team Leader or Event Supervisor
- Follow all WHS and safety instructions onsite
- Be confident and comfortable engaging with the public
- Be reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Be able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
- Be physically capable of standing for long periods
- Be comfortable with light manual handling (bending, lifting lightweight items)
- Have a positive, team-focused attitude
- Previous experience in events, promotions, retail, hospitality, or customer service (preferred)
- No formal qualifications required
- Experience working in fast-paced, public-facing roles highly regarded
- First Aid certificate desirable but not essential
