About the venue
We're a small, Paddington-Darlinghurst pub with a strong local vibe and a tight-knit team. Cruisy during the week, vibrant on weekends.
The role
You'll be a bartender that works under the duty manager on weekends, and with autonomy during the week when things are a bit more relaxed, serving our locals and making sure everyone's having a good time. You'll learn the closing and lockup procedures and hopefully become an indispensable part of our team! The role is flexible and can accommodate someone looking to do anywhere from 20-40 hours.
Requirements
You must be:
- Consistently available on weekends (both Friday and Saturday nights)
- Ok with working until 3am on weekends (we close a bit earlier during the week)
- RSA (& preferably RCG) certified
- Decently knowledgeable about alcoholic beverages
- Quick to learn if you don't already have bartending experience
Pay: $33.85 – $47.39 per hour
