Recruiter – Thumpstar
Thumpstar is looking for a Recruiter to help find top talent and manage the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Prepare job contracts and ensure compliance
- Manage job postings and recruitment strategies
- Assist with onboarding and employee records
- Work with management to meet staffing needs
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple hires efficiently

- National police clearance or willingness to obtain
- Australian working rights
- Drivers license
- Prior experience working in an administrative role
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
