Anglicare are currently seeking to hire a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team based at our Head Office in Fortitude Valley.
In this role you will deliver Anglicare's visual brand identity by conceptualising and designing a wide range of marketing assets, including social media graphics, short-form video, print campaigns and digital marketing materials, while also capturing, editing and managing high-quality photography.
Under the direction of the Creative Lead, the Graphic Designer will:
- Apply Anglicare's visual brand guidelines and design standards consistently across all creative assets.
- Prepare final, print-ready, and digital-ready artwork, including retouching images, resizing, and exporting files.
- Produce engaging content for social media and digital channels, including short-form video, reels, and animations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design team to brainstorm creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, from concept through to final delivery, meeting agreed deadlines and quality expectations.
- Manage in-house photography to meet professional quality standards for web and print use.
What our team are looking for
- Current National Police Certificate OR NDIS Workers Screening
- Current Queensland Driver Licence
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or similar field.
- Demonstrated professional experience in an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom).
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects), light video editing (Premiere Pro), Canva Enterprise and CapCut highly regarded.
- Exceptional typography, layout, and composition skills along with a solid understanding of industry accessibility standards.
- Desirable Skills (not essential): Experience with HTML/CSS for building EDMs. Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney etc) for workflow efficiency. Basic UI/UX design knowledge. Animation skills.
