TPS Bayside specialises in Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, and Clinical Reformer Pilates. The team provides evidence-based assessment and treatment to support people with acute injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation. TPS Bayside focuses on personalised care, functional outcomes, and helping clients return to work, sport, and daily activities as safely and efficiently as possible.
Role Description
This is a full-time role, with hours split between both Capalaba and Victoria Point clinics.
The Physiotherapist will assess and manage a varied caseload of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and sports-related conditions using best-practice assessment tools and treatment techniques. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one consultations, developing and reviewing treatment and rehabilitation plans, and delivering hands-on therapy and exercise-based interventions. The role also involves documenting clinical notes, communicating with referrers and other health professionals, and educating clients on injury prevention, self-management, and long-term health. The Physiotherapist will contribute to a collaborative team environment, participate in case discussions and professional development, and support the ongoing improvement of clinic services and patient experiences.
Qualifications
- Recognised degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated clinical skills in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and sports physiotherapy, including assessment, manual therapy, and exercise prescription.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, educate clients, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and referrers.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritise tasks, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and work independently within a team-based clinic environment.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and participation in supervision, training, or in-service education.
- Comfort using clinical software (Cliniko) and basic digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Experience in private practice is advantageous but not essential.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, which may include weekend shifts.
Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
