About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of complex energy and utilities projects from tender through to completion. You will be responsible for managing project scope, safety, cost, schedule and quality while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders. Working across multiple projects, you will ensure contractual obligations are met, risks are effectively managed and projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key Accountabilities

Lead the delivery of projects from bid and tender through to planning, execution, commissioning and close out, ensuring safe, compliant and commercially successful outcomes.

Manage client relationships, project teams and subcontractors to deliver project objectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Oversee project planning, procurement, contract administration, scheduling and commissioning to ensure efficient project delivery.

Monitor project budgets, forecasts, risks and commercial performance, implementing mitigation strategies and managing contract variations where required.

Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
You are an experienced Project Manager with a proven ability to deliver complex infrastructure or utilities projects in a fast-paced environment. You are commercially astute, solutions-focused and an effective leader who can confidently manage competing priorities while building strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders. Your strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills enable you to deliver successful project outcomes while maintaining a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Skills & Experience
You bring demonstrated experience managing engineering or construction projects from tender through to completion, with strong knowledge of project planning, procurement, contract management, commercial and financial controls, and stakeholder engagement. You have excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills, sound knowledge of the electricity or utilities industry, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering safe, high-quality outcomes.
