What are we looking for?
We’re building a driven, high-performing Back of House team including Chefs, Cooks, and Kitchen Porters. This is a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen where quality, consistency, and teamwork are everything.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and late nights is essential
- Bringing energy, urgency, and a positive attitude to every service
- Delivering high-quality dishes with consistency, precision, and speed as part of our Kitchen Team
- Experience as a Chef, Cook, or Kitchen Porter in a high-volume venue is highly regarded (but not essential for the right attitude)
- Following all food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards and procedures
- Handling pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Keeping a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment at all times
- Maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and portion control
- Supporting stock control, deliveries, and kitchen organisation to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Working collaboratively with Front of House Teams to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
- Working with the management team to uphold our ethics, values, and high-performance culture
