About the Role
ENJOY AI AU is looking for a proactive and results-driven Education Sales & New Student Recruitment Consultant to support new student recruitment, parent communication, trial lesson bookings and enrolment conversion.
This is not an administrative role and not a passive customer service role. We are looking for someone who can independently develop new customer leads and actively bring new students to the business, rather than only relying on the company’s existing database or network.
The ideal candidate should understand the needs of local families and children’s education, communicate confidently with parents, build trust, clearly introduce the value of our programs, arrange trial lessons, and convert potential families into enrolled students.
We welcome candidates with local family community networks, school or community connections, WeChat groups, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, or parent-community promotion experience. Candidates who understand children’s education needs, parent decision-making, and have experience in parent communication or education sales will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently generate new student leads through local community outreach, family networks, referrals, social media, school/community connections and local promotion;
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective families;
- Introduce ENJOY AI’s robotics, coding, Python, Roblox, AI art, competition preparation and STEM programs to parents;
- Understand each child’s age, interests, learning goals and suitable course pathway;
- Arrange trial lessons and follow up with parents after trial classes;
- Convert enquiries and trial students into official enrolments;
- Maintain accurate follow-up records and report lead progress;
- Support local marketing activities, open days, community events and student recruitment campaigns when required.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who can bring real new student recruitment value to the business.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in sales, student recruitment, business development, community promotion, education services, or parent-facing communication;
- The ability to independently develop new customers, not only follow up with existing company leads;
- Local family, school, community, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Facebook or parent-community networks, or the confidence to actively build these networks;
- Understanding of children’s education needs and parent decision-making;
- Strong communication, follow-up and conversion skills;
- A proactive, organised and results-driven working style;
- The ability to work independently;
- Confidence using WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram or other community channels for promotion;
- English communication skills;
- Mandarin or Cantonese skills are highly regarded due to the need to communicate with Chinese-speaking families.
This Role Is Suitable For Someone Who:
- Enjoys communicating with parents and understanding children’s learning needs;
- Has local family, school, parent group or community networks;
- Is willing to actively approach new customers instead of waiting passively for enquiries;
- Can follow up with parents consistently and support trial-to-enrolment conversion;
- Understands the importance of student recruitment outcomes and is comfortable working towards results.
This Role Is Not Suitable For Someone Who:
- Is only looking for an admin, reception or general customer service role;
- Expects the company to provide all customer leads;
- Is not willing to actively develop new customers;
- Is not confident in sales, communication, follow-up or community promotion;
- Cannot follow up with parents consistently;
- Does not understand student recruitment or enrolment conversion targets.
