ENJOY AI AUis looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales and Student Recruitment Consultant to support student recruitment, parent communication, and new customer development.
We are looking for someone who can actively generate new student leads.
About the Role
This is a sales-focused role, suitable for someone who can take ownership of student recruitment outcomes. You will be responsible for identifying potential families, communicating with parents, promoting ENJOY AI programs, arranging trial lessons, and converting leads into official enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new student leads through local promotion, referrals, and community engagement;
- Introduce ENJOY AI’s robotics, coding, Python, Roblox, AI art, and competition programs;
- Book trial lessons and follow up with parents to support enrolment conversion.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or business development is preferred;
- Strong communication and follow-up skills;
- Organised, results-driven, and able to work independently;
- English communication skills required;
- Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred;
- Experience with WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram, or local community promotion is preferred.
