As the Perioperative Coordinator, you will oversee daily theatre operations, working closely with nursing and medical teams to optimise patient flow, allocate staff in line with ACORN standards, and ensure theatre lists run efficiently. You will play a central role in coordinating resources, managing competing priorities, and supporting timely surgical care, including emergency cases.
You will provide leadership and mentorship to the perioperative team, contribute to achieving service performance targets, and support continuous improvement through data monitoring and escalation of delays or risks.
