Our Corporate Group is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join the People and Capability Branch as Senior Director, Capability, Culture and Inclusion. In this role, you will help shape how the organisation develops its people, fosters an inclusive workplace and uses workforce insights to improve outcomes.
Working with a team of committed professionals, you will lead programs and strategies that strengthen organisational and leadership capability, enhance workplace culture, promote diversity and employee engagement, and support a sustainable workforce in which all employees can thrive.
Using workforce data, evidence and emerging trends to inform decision-making, you will provide strategic advice to senior leaders and influence initiatives that deliver lasting organisational impact. You will oversee the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development, leadership capability, inclusion and engagement programs, ensuring they achieve measurable outcomes and support organisational priorities.
In partnership with executives, managers and stakeholders across Digital Canberra and the broader ACT Government, you will build collaborative relationships, champion contemporary people practices, and help shape a workplace culture that values diversity, inclusion, innovation and continuous learning.
